The hardest part of scaling nostr…
The hardest part of scaling nostr is not the tech. The tech is tried and tested. The hardest part is getting people to agree. Scaling only works with when everyone uses the same solutions, aka a uniform interface. 99% of scaling solutions dont work, or at least, dont work very well. Over the decades the 1% that do have emerged, and are in wide use. However, many nostr developers dont want to use proven web standards, they want to create something new, and make a name for themselves. This almost always fails. Most promisiting thing so far is #ditto -- Alex has built for millions already, which none of the other devs (ex. Rabble) have. Absence of a game-changing event, ditto is the best strategy right now.
