If you think about "work" these days its almost always gamed. People just get paid for longevity at a company. And they are continually gaming the system so they can do less work, but get paid more. We only have to beat that. The system tells me right now how productive I am. And it's much more than before, thanks to the measurements. So there are multiple ways to win. I'd like to also measure what machines and DVMs can do in this mix. Then the human becomes more like a project manager.
