If the hibernated bot is an executable npub, this is how it wakes up and operates on some commodity compute platform (npm, docker etc.). The bot will have a battery that it uses to be awake. When the battery is low, say 1%, it will go into hibernation. Lets say it made some good post on nostr, or someone liked it, or it has a robot friend, it could be zapped to life again.
