Unlikely to be activated, perhaps 5%. But IMHO they have generated some good discussions that will improve bitcoin in the long-term.

1. How do we harden tail emission to defend against reorgs. This is a problem for 10+ years, or maybe sooner. Higher fees are one way. There are more. I personally like the idea of decentralizing mining with stratumv2 and adding reorg detection. DC has done bitcoin a favour if it has helped us make the long-term security better.

2. How do we extend bitcoin functionality. Layer 2 solutions are starting to be examined now, each with various trade-offs. Perhaps not as fast as some would like, because bitcoin is conservative. But it's happening nonetheless. Elements, liquid, rgb, taro, lightning all emerging solutions. There will be more. In fact perhaps even on nostr.

People that dont get what they want are always unhappy. But if you really liked bitcoin you'll persevere and keep trying to make it better, however you can. Tick tock, next block.
