Seems nostr is ahead in some areas, but behind in others. Recap of the purposes of trust and reputation systems:

1. Identify and increase good behaviour
2. Identify and reduce bad behaviour
3. Provide a metric

Zaps are a good start for (1), but turns out without 2&3 networks normally degrade. aka tragedy of the commons.
