Agree on all. The open question is what the fees protect FROM. And the answer is that right now fees prevent a reordering of blocks, ie a reorg, which could be disruptive to users and markets. We dont know how disruptive that will be until it happens. And we may end up getting used to it. It's worth thinking about though, imho.
