“I hope Nostr becomes more like #pubkey” — what does that mean?

It means that every Nostr identity (every npub) could have its own domain, its own storage, even its own relay.

Even better, it could become censorship-resistant in the way Bitcoin or BitTorrent are. Right now, Nostr is only resistant to DNS-based censorship—meaning it's still vulnerable to takedowns as it grows.

Currently, most developers prefer the DNS-only model. But it wouldn’t take much to level up Nostr’s censorship resistance to match Bitcoin or BitTorrent, as #pubky have done.
