The #glyphs protocol has reached v0.…

The #glyphs protocol has reached v0.0.1. I have decided to make it backwards compatible with the Runes protocol. Prunable OP_RETURNs will be allowed but inscriptions in the block chain will not be included in the protocol. Optinally enum 251=1 can be added to a rune, to indicate a glyph. As such, glyphs should be considered live on testnet and mainnet.
