Both CBDCs and Bank Credit have major weaknesses. I think the weaknesses of bank credit (the money is not there) is a staggering psy op that poses systemic rick. The weakness of CBDC as a means to coerce feels very dystopian, but might not be. Even larger banks are going to have bank runs pretty quick when deposits leave and move to the central bank. If the sheeple were actually taught how the banking system worked at school, the introduction of CBDCs would see an immediate deposit flight, and bank runs on even the biggest banks. The last movers lose everything.
